About Us
Golden Gait Trailers began in 1988 as a small family business in Charlotte North Carolina. The main focus of the business at that time was in horse and livestock trailers.
Today, with over 45 employees, and a large customer base, our sales exceed over $17 million annually. We stock 700 plus inventory units, and have one of the largest parts/service departments in the South East. Our business has expanded into all areas of trailers including car haulers, corporate vending, motorcycle, and more. If you have a need to fill, we'll help you get it covered.
What sets us apart from all the other trailer dealers is the ability to custom design, plan, and build every aspect of your trailer whether it's the interior or exterior. We have, in house, our own cabinet shop, metal fabrication unit, electricians, plumbing, generator technicians, and HVAC techs on staff to complete the job to your specifications.
